How to install the Outlook (Classic) agent
Install the Signature 365 Classic Agent when you need on-compose signatures in Outlook 2016, 2019, 2021, or 2024 on Windows.
Before you install it, review Signature 365 system requirements and Supported Outlook versions for Signature 365 client signatures to confirm the Classic Agent is the right option for your users.

This version automatically updates when new versions are available.
Limitations of the agent
The Signature 365 Agent for Outlook does not support different signatures, campaigns, or disclaimers based on internal or external email. The agent only selects signatures, campaigns, or disclaimers based on new and reply or forward email.
