What Entra ID data is synced with Signature 365?

See which Entra ID fields Signature 365 syncs for users, groups, and mailbox data.

If you want to understand what data from your Entra ID / Microsoft 365 tenant is synchronised with your Signature 365 tenant, you can review it in the Fields menu option within Signature 365.

The following is a list of default fields that are synced with Signature 365.

If you are using Entra Connect or Entra Connect Sync clients to sync data from an on-premise AD to your Entra ID instance, Signature 365 will sync these attributes as ExtensionAttribute(1-15) or Extension(attributename) - eg ExtensionPager
