Using a group policy object to disable signatures in Microsoft Outlook
Use Group Policy on Windows to disable Outlook's built-in signature feature when you want Signature 365 to be the only signature solution available to users.
This approach applies to Classic Outlook on Windows Server 2012 R2 and later. If you also need to remove existing local signatures or manage fonts and stationery, use Managing personal signatures, fonts and stationery for Outlook Classic desktop.
Use the Symprex Email Signature Utility to disable Outlook signatures and remove existing local signatures that were created by users or another solution. For the download location and command-line options, see Managing personal signatures, fonts and stationery for Outlook Classic desktop.
If you also need to disable signatures in New Outlook or Outlook on the web, follow Disabling Outlook signatures in New Outlook and OWA.
